Shocktober Fest – Competition Terms & Conditions

These Competition Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions and prize draws promoted by Tulley’s Shocktober Fest, unless otherwise stated.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Tulleys Shocktober Fest, operated by Tulleys Entertainment Group Ltd, West Sussex, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated.

  • Employees of Tulleys Farm Ltd, associated partners, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

  • Only one entry per person unless otherwise specified.

  • Bulk, automated, or third party entries are not permitted.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry instructions will be outlined within each individual competition post.

  • Entries must be received before the stated closing date and time.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.

  • Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

4. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries unless otherwise stated.

  • The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be announced via the original competition post caption or comment section.

  • We will never request payment details or contact winners via direct message from unofficial accounts.

  • Winners must respond within 48 hours unless otherwise stated.

  • If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner may be selected.

6. The Prize

  • The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

  • Prize details, including validity dates and exclusions, will be specified within the competition post where applicable.

  • Event tickets may be subject to availability and date restrictions.

7. Partner Prizes

Where prizes are provided by third party partners:

  • Fulfilment of that element of the prize is subject to the partner’s own terms and availability.

  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for partner services once booked or redeemed.

8. Liability

The promoter will not be liable for:

  • Incomplete, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries

  • Technical failures of any kind

  • Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize except where liability cannot be excluded by law

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform used to promote the competition.

By entering, entrants release the relevant social media platform from any responsibility related to the competition.

10. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy and used for the purposes of administering the competition.

11. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend a competition where necessary.

  • The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • By entering any Shocktober Fest competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
