Before You Visit

Shocktober Fest is a recommended 16+ event. Due to the nature of the event, it is not recommended for anyone below the age of 16.

If you are under the age of 16 you must be accompanied by a full paying adult (18 plus) throughout the entire evening.

16 - 21 year olds must prove their age with valid photo ID, unless accompanied by an adult.

Proof of ID must be photographic i.e.

• Passport

• Driving Licence

We understand that it may be hard to show official photographic ID between the ages of 16-17 years of age, so a photocopy of their passport will be fine.

All haunts close at 11:30pm. This means, the final group will have exited the maze by this time. Therefore, queue lines may begin to shut from 10:30pm to ensure the haunts close on time.

Filming inside the haunts is not permitted in any case.

Personal filming equipment may be used in the general areas on site.

Professional filming equipment, including drones will not be allowed on site.

Please Note: There will be no receipts issued for any confiscated/surrendered items and they will not be available to collect after the event.

Please Note: There will be no receipts issued for any confiscated/surrendered items and they will not be available to collect after the event.

With an open-dated ticket, you are free to visit on any one night that we’re open in the 2024 season. No need to let us know in advance, just turn up with your ticket.
