We are excited to be welcoming you back to Shocktober Fest 2021.

To continue to keep our visitors and staff safe and provide the very best experience, we have implemented a number of important measures to reassure and protect everyone at Shocktober Fest. These measures are implemented in accordance with the current advice and guidance from UK and local Government and will be continually reviewed.

Extra measures in place:

  • All persons attending or working at the event are advised not to attend if they are experiencing Covid symptoms, awaiting a test or currently isolating.
  • Timed entry and capacity limits.
  • Hand sanitiser stations placed across the site and encouraging good hygiene practices by all visitors and staff
  • One-way Systems in place in key points
  • We have enhanced all cleaning regimes before, during and post event, sanitising surfaces throughout Shocktober Fest.
  • All staff follow strict in house procedures such as lateral flow testing, practicing good hygiene and are fully aware of the impacts of COVID-19.

We do not recommend under 15 year olds visit

9 and up to 12 yr: Can be admitted to the Scream Park  when accompanied by an adult. Please note - at least one adult MUST accompany them per Scare Attraction.!

From 13 to 14 yr: Can be admitted to the Scream Park and Haunts when accompanied by an adult - per child or group. Adults do not have to enter the haunts. 

15+: Can enter on their own.

The only Haunt with wheelchair access is our Haunted Hayride.

Yes, for groups of 10 or more booking tickets in advance. Please visit the ticket page.

Yes, all of our attractions feature flashing lights, strobes and special effects. There is also a high level of smoke effects in some of the attractions. If you have any conditions that may be affected by these factors, we strongly advise against visiting.!

 

No, but carers, with proof of a carer certificate enter free of charge. Visit here for more information.

Yes. All the haunted attractions involve live actors, many of whom are considered to be the best scare actors in the UK!

Yes. We have disabled toilet facilities.

No, with the exception of certified trained guide dogs.

If you did not receive your confirmation email or tickets, please check your junk and spam folders, as at times emails can automatically be sent here.!
During busy periods it can take up to 24 hours to receive your tickets If after this time you still do not see your confirmation email and/or tickets please contact us.

Outside take as many photos as you'd like with roaming characters. While inside the haunts, recording devices and photography is strictly prohibited. 

Small bags are permitted, all bags will be checked on arrival, we do not have lockers on site.

Do not bring alcohol or liquids (Perfume, Vape Juice etc) on site as it will be removed. If you have medication please contact our visitor experience team prior to your arrival. 

Yes - our outlets food outlets accept cards.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, tight spaces and uneven flooring, we do not recommend Shocktober Fest for pregnant individuals 

We are asking all open dated ticket holders to pre book a date and time to attend this year, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Our 'Street Theatre' actors are asked to 'tone it down' during the early evening as there will be youngsters and visitors who want to see the fireworks only!

You can experience the atmosphere of the Scream Park, with food halls, bars and concession rides, but not entry to any of the Haunted Attractions.

The 'Street Theatre' will however get a little more 'interactive and effective' as the night progresses!
