Queuing Support

We understand that some guests are unable to remain in a standard queue for extended periods due to a disability or long term health condition.

To support these guests, we offer Queueing Support through our partnership with Nimbus Disability and the Access Card scheme. This provides a fair and consistent way of identifying guests who require this reasonable adjustment while helping us deliver the appropriate support throughout your visit.

Guests who are approved for Queueing Support through the Tulleys Digital Access Pass or Access Card may use the Fast Track entrance at participating haunts.

The approved guest and one accompanying guest may use this entrance together.

Queueing Support allows eligible guests to access attractions without waiting in the main queue where doing so would present a significant barrier.

Please note:

  • Queueing Support is not an unlimited front of queue service.
  • It does not guarantee immediate entry to attractions.
  • Attraction capacity, operational requirements and safety restrictions will always apply.
  • Queueing Support is provided for the approved guest and one accompanying guest only.
  • Queueing Support must be booked in advance for the date of your visit.

You may be eligible for Queueing Support if, due to a disability or long term health condition, you are unable to remain in a standard queue.

To qualify, your Nimbus application must be awarded one or more of the following access symbols:

  • Difficulty Standing
  • Difficulty with Crowds
  • Urgent Toilet Needs

Eligibility is assessed independently by Nimbus based on the information and supporting evidence you provide.

Holding benefits such as PIP, DLA or a Blue Badge does not automatically qualify for Queueing Support, as eligibility is based on your access requirements rather than a particular benefit or document.

If you already have a full Access Card or Tulleys Digital Access Pass displaying one or more of the relevant symbols (listed above), you can skip straight to Step 2.

Step 1 - Apply for a Tulleys Digital Access Pass

Apply for your free Tulleys Digital Access Pass. During peak periods, applications may take up to 5 working days to be reviewed.

Step 2 - Book Your Visit

Book admission tickets for everyone in your group through our website as normal.

We recommend waiting until your Tulleys Digital Access Pass has been approved before booking your visit to ensure availability for both event admission and Queueing Support on your preferred date.

Step 3 - Request Queueing Support

Once your Tulleys Digital Access Pass has been approved, you can request Queueing Support for your visit with the button below. You will need to enter your Access Card or Digital Access Pass ID number during the booking process.

Queuing Support tickets must be booked in advance and are not available to add on arrival.

Step 4 - Arrive and Enjoy Your Visit

Please bring your Tulleys Digital Access Pass (or Access Card) as this will be checked by our Admissions team on arrival.

To help make your arrival as smooth as possible, please have the following ready to present at Admissions.

  • Admission tickets for everyone in your group, available in your booking confirmation email.
  • Queueing Support tickets for the approved guest and one accompanying guest, available in your booking confirmation email.
  • Your Tulleys Digital Access Pass or Access Card.

Please note: If you are unable to present the valid Digital Access Pass (or Access Card) used to make the booking, your Queuing Support ticket will not be valid.
