Essential Companion Tickets

Guests who are approved for an Essential Companion ticket will be able to request one complimentary ticket for the person providing the support they need during their visit. (Those with the +2 symbol may request up to 2 complimentary tickets)

The Essential Companion ticket will always match the admission ticket purchased by the guest with access needs. For example, if the guest purchases an Xscream pass, the Essential Companion will also receive an Xscream pass. Please note, if the guest purchases an RIP ticket, the Essential Companion will receive the equivalent fast track benefits of the RIP ticket but no food or merchandise vouchers.

Once your access requirements have been approved through Nimbus, you can use your Tulleys Digital Access Pass or Access Card when booking future visits at particpating Tulleys events without having to resubmit your supporting information each time.

Apply for the Tulleys Digital Access Pass Now

You may be eligible if, due to a disability or long term health condition, you cannot reasonably access or enjoy the event without the support of another person.

To qualify, your Nimbus application must be awarded the +1 or +2 (Essential Companion) symbol. Eligibility is assessed independently by Nimbus based on the information and supporting evidence you provide.

Holding benefits such as PIP, DLA or a Blue Badge does not automatically qualify for an Essential Companion ticket, as eligibility is based on your access requirements rather than a particular benefit or document.

If your application does not receive the +1 or +2 symbol, you will not be eligible for a complimentary Essential Companion ticket, although you may still qualify for other reasonable adjustments depending on your access needs.

If you already have a full Access Card or Tulleys Digital Access Pass displaying the +1 or +2 (Essential Companion) symbol, you can skip straight to Step 2.

Step 1 - Apply for a Tulleys Digital Access Pass

Apply for your free Tulleys Digital Access Pass. During peak periods, applications may take up to 5 working days to be reviewed.

Step 2 - Book Your Visit

Book tickets for everyone in your group, excluding the Essential Companion, through our website as normal.

Step 3 - Request Your Complimentary Essential Companion Ticket

Once your Tulleys Digital Access Pass has been approved, you can book your complimentary Essential Companion ticket with the button below. You will need to enter your Access Card or Digital Access Pass ID number during the booking process.

Essential Companion tickets must be booked in advance and are not available to add on arrival.

Step 4 - Arrive and Enjoy Your Visit

Please bring your Tulleys Digital Access Pass (or Access Card) as this will be checked by our Admissions team on arrival.

To help make your arrival as smooth as possible, please have the following ready to present at Admissions.

• Your admission tickets (for all guests except the Essential Companion), available in your standard booking confirmation email.
• Your Essential Companion ticket, available in the separate booking confirmation email.
• Your Tulleys Digital Access Pass or Access Card.

Please note: If you are unable to present the valid Digital Access Pass (or Access Card) used to make the booking, your Essential Companion ticket will not be valid for entry.
