There are a number of disabled parking spaces available at Shocktober Fest for Blue Badge holders.
Please let a member of our parking team aware and present your Blue Badge on arrival – the team will direct you to the disabled parking area.
All parking is free and cannot be prebooked or reserved. Vehicles may not be left overnight.
There are accessible toilets located at each of our 3 toilet areas.

Shocktober Fest is proud to have dedicated medical, security and welfare teams on site to keep all those visiting safe.
Should you require the assistance of these services please let any staff member aware.
Our dedicated Guest Services team are also on hand to help and can be found at the park entrance/exit, next to the Main Stage.
Our main park areas are made up of a combination of tarmac and gravel hard standing.
Due to the nature of the event, all haunts* feature ramps, steps, uneven footing, narrow spaces and may be exposed to weather conditions.
*The Haunted Hayride is a seated attraction and can accommodate one standard wheelchair (as defined by the NHS) per trailer.
The Wastelands Fire and Light Show, Carnevil Cabaret, NEW show for 2026 and all stages can be viewed from the main park areas.

All haunts, as well as the main park areas, include intense audio, visual and thematic content which may be unsuitable for some guests with sensory sensitivities, anxiety, PTSD or other mental health conditions.
